The Space
Our Modern updated 2br sits on E 1st Avenue with an upgraded kitchen and bathroom connected to our other apartment to the right of yours when looking from the main street. Our home includes modern finishes such as Historic Hardwood Floors, Granite Counter Tops, a fully renovated bathroom, kitchen, & Fine Art custom-made by our Co-Founder; William Hetherington.

Our Two Bedroom, One Bathroom Apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay here in the Short North and feel at home! Our Modern Apartment includes one queen bed in the master bedroom and a workspace for anyone needing to do work during their stay. The spare bedroom, located on the 2nd floor, includes two queen beds and plenty of closet space. Our common/living room space comes with two comfortable couches and a Roku tv. Our Luxurious kitchen is stocked with FREE coffee, a microwave, toaster, cutting knives/cutting board, & cookware to cook full course meals for your other behalf, friends, and family. There are a Washer and Dryer in the bathroom area, high-speed WIFI & a ROKU TV to watch all the Netflix you want (no cable).

There is plenty of windows allowing for natural light. Enjoy a shower that includes (Shampoo, Body Wash, Towels, Face cloths, & Hand Towels ).

Guest Access
You can access the Apt anytime after 4 PM by using the Keyless Keypad to enter. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby-proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children; however, children are welcomed at your own discretion.
